Uncle Runt’s is closed so join us for the election meeting at JJ’s Café in Old Station, just north of Uncle Runt’s on the other side of the road next to the fire station. 

I have the Hat Creek Group Camp 3 in Lassen National Forest reserved for Friday and Saturday.  JJ’s will seat us on their patio and serve a BBQ dinner; $13 for chicken and $17 for pork ribs, which includes choice of sides, a soft beverage and gratuity.  They do serve beer and wine at an additional cost.

The tour will start from the Valley Café, 4171 Suisun Valley Road, (707) 864-2507, at 9:00 a.m. sharp.  An Alert ... it will be extremely hot (105!!!) It would be good if people left very early in the morning to beat the heat. The tour will still leave at 9 a.m. from the Valley Cafe on Suisun Valley Rd. but the route will probably be modified to speed up our transit through the Valley to get to higher elevation. The lunch spot may therefore changed to one that will be timely and convenient en route.

As always, new riders and non-members are welcome to come to our tours and meetings and can email Mike with any questions.
We will start the ride with a short meeting to go over the route, the safety rules and to distribute the route maps etc. Please be on time, and as always leave with a full tank. And ride within your limits.
